According to the authorities, 45-year-old Dr. Raja Jagtiani, who was already facing multiple sex crime charges, was taken into custody again this week after he got involved in more sex crimes.
Bergen County prosecutors told that Jagtiani was arrested on Wednesday and locked up in jail on 3 counts of criminal sexual contact.
He was taken into custody earlier in the month of August when an employee told the investigators that the doctor sexually harassed her by touching her breast and biting her cheek while they were working at his Bergenfield medical office in the month of July.
He was charged for:
